Mohamed Chakkouri Laroussi is the Founder and President of Safae Green Way Foundation, a Dutch-Moroccan non-profit organization committed to sustainable development, environmental protection, education, culture, and humanitarian cooperation.

Born in Tangier, Morocco, Mohamed Chakkouri Laroussi is a Mechanical Engineer, Visual Artist, and Beauty & Aesthetics Specialist. Throughout his career, he has combined technical expertise with artistic creativity and humanitarian values to serve communities and promote social development.

His vision is based on the belief that education, culture, innovation, and environmental responsibility are essential pillars for building a sustainable future. Through the Safae Green Way Foundation, he works to strengthen cooperation between Morocco and the Netherlands while encouraging volunteerism, cultural dialogue, and community empowerment.
